I canceled my flight last year and I got travel voucher(EMD- ○ ○ ○ ○ ○). But I can’t go to Indonesia for few years because of corona as you know so I want to refund by cash.
When I asked to customer service, it said “We can only rufund by travel voucher.” but All my friends got refund by money. On the internet, many people got refund by cash not travel voucher, too.
For example, I found a tweet below. It says “2020 GW Haneda → Jakarta Garuda Indonesia. Free cancellation at Corona, I got a response with Expedia’s 2-year valid credit, but I can not go at all yet, so I got an inquiry from Expedia to Garuda. I will get a refund of 30,000 yen in cash, so if you have given up, you have to contact.”
